100% Rayon - thin lightweight / no stretch
It could be called a cover top.
I believe a tank or some sort of top needs to be worn under this due to the deep V front at closure.

Side seam from underarm - 22" long
that includes a 6.5" long bottom side slit.
Bottom width - 22.5" (45") across that is measured at last button
which is approx. 9.75" up from bottom.
Shoulder width from top of sleeves - 19" across
Sleeve length from shoulder seam to bottom - 23" long.
Medium size shoulder pads
V-neck front closure with 4 - 3/4" wide antique brass buttons.
No lining - No pockets
This would dress up any solid skirt or pants that match one of the colors in duster.
